Get the body moving and slowly emerge from hibernation as we transition into the warmer months ahead! In this special soundbath experience we'll combine the ancient practices of yoga and sound healing to find meditation in movement and in stillness. The session will start with a slow, gentle yoga sequence guided by Aly to relax the body and mind. The full sound bath experience will begin in Savasana and extend the rest of the session...awakening your spirit with the energy of sound!
