Full instrumentation sound baths incorporate the sounds of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes, and more. Like singing bowl sound baths, full instrumentation sound baths can be great for rest, rejuvenation, and meditation. However, the addition of gongs, drums, and other instruments open the potential for a more dynamic and transformative experience. Each sound bath is unique, and there is more freedom to craft the experience around a specific intention.

Sound baths are customized to meet your specific needs, and there are a variety of different meditations, breathing practices, and movement practices that can be utilized to create the perfect experience. From basic meditation, to visualization, to chanting, there are many ways to shape a sound bath into a unique and fulfilling experience of healing and renewal. We will work together to find what’s right for you.

Full instrumentation sound baths are available in 45 minute, 60 minute, and 75 minute sessions, and can be played for groups of up to 40 people.

I’ll travel to you with my instruments, and I’ll need about 20 minutes to set up. But not to worry, set up time will not cut into the allotted session time! Sound baths will run the full 45, 60, or 75 minutes booked!
