Singing Bowl Sound Bath
Crystal singing bowls create a beautiful, soothing tone that quickly bring the listener into a restful, meditative state. Singing bowl sounds baths are ideal for rest, rejuvenation, and meditation.
Sound baths are customized to meet your specific needs, and there are a variety of different meditations, breathing practices, and movement practices that can be utilized to create the perfect experience. From basic meditation, to visualization, to chanting, there are many ways to shape a sound bath into a unique and fulfilling experience of healing and renewal. We will work together to find what’s right for you.
Singing bowl sound baths are available in 30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute sessions, and can be played for groups of up to 40 people.

I’ll travel to you with my instruments, and I’ll need about 10 minutes to set up. But not to worry, set up time will not cut into the allotted session time! Sound baths will run the full 30, 45, or 60 minutes booked!
Full Instrumentation Sound Bath
Full instrumentation sound baths incorporate the sounds of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes, and more. Like singing bowl sound baths, full instrumentation sound baths can be great for rest, rejuvenation, and meditation. However, the addition of gongs, drums, and other instruments open the potential for a more dynamic and transformative experience. Each sound bath is unique, and there is more freedom to craft the experience around a specific intention.

Full instrumentation sound baths are available in 60 minute, 75 minute, and 90 minute sessions, and can be played for groups of up to 40 people.

Are you new to sound sound baths and curious about them, but not sure if they’re worth the time or money? Not a problem, you’re first session with me is absolutely free! I’ll bring my singing bowls, give a brief introduction of what sound therapy is, and then play a 15 minute sound bath. Afterwards, I can answer any questions you may have and see if sound therapy is right for you!
