Come Celebrate the Summer Solstice with us! A movement and sound combo with Aly and Danny to salute the sun, and light and warmth, and the cycles of nature.

What to Expect:

-30 minutes of gentle yoga with singing bowls to get the body moving and mind relaxed. The movement will focus on all the elements of sun salutations, rhythmic and cyclical motion.

-45 minutes extended Savasana and sound immersion using singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more to leave you deeply relaxed.

-20 minutes (optional) to make your own real flower crown and socialize, and sip on cool fruity tea.
