Start the new year with energy and inspiration! Join us for a moment of reflection and intention as we move into the new year with purpose.
We'll begin the session with some journaling to discover what is no longer serving us, and to refocus our attention on the many possibilities that lie ahead.
We'll then move into a guided meditation and sound bath to anchor our intentions and instill a sense of self-trust, courage, and inner calm.
What to Bring:
Bring your favorite journal, a yoga mat, and anything else to ensure comfort. It's also recommended to dress in warm layers as the body cools down during stillness.
